According to ASP Maureen Chioma Chinaka, the public relations officer for the Abia State Police, who confirmed the development on Thursday, on August 13 Mr. Godwin Akapan, who resides at the Jubilee Guest House in the Obingwa LGA's Ovom village, reported an incident to the Isialangwa Police Division.
