The signing of the MoU was followed by a brief tour of the Dolby Studio-equipped Ilorin Visual Arts Centre, one of AbdulRazaq's flagship initiatives that aims to encourage the creative industry via the use of cutting-edge technology.

Speaking at the signing of the MoU, Zacharopoulou expressed her admiration for Kwara and praised the governor for his achievements in education, youth empowerment, and gender inclusion policy.

She also stated that the Kwara State Agricultural Transformation Plan provided a significant boost to the state's development.

"French President Emanuel Macron is committed to partnerships with Nigeria, particularly with the state of Kwara, which is a major hub for human capital development." Your Excellency and I have the same ideals. "Our president cares deeply about this country and the Nigerian people."As a result, I can sense the energy, inventiveness, and possibility that this (condition) provides. I'm excited to find them during my visit. But, for the time being, agriculture is my top priority.

"We want to go beyond state-to-state relations in our relations with the African continent and develop links and ties between people." We want politicians to get involved and build a people-to-people relationship. We wish to collaborate. We wish to learn from you just as you will learn from us. This is a significant challenge. The problems are widespread, and the solutions will be common as well.

"In this region, the French Development Agency invests heavily in rural infrastructure." I am extremely pleased with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the administration of Kwara State and the French consulting firm BRLI, which marks the beginning of a collaboration in the modernization of Lata Grazing Reserve.

"This project will bolster efforts to improve milk and meat production, as well as livestock productivity and product marketing." It will also boost the quantity and quality of animal feed and water. It will benefit animal health. It would help to increase Kwara State's agricultural output as well as the lives of its residents. This will result in a strong synergy between France and Nigeria's agro industry in the next years," she said.

The governor, on his part, stated that the collaboration will open Kwara's doors to more investors and visitors.

"We share many ideas with the French president, Emanuele Macron, particularly on youth and gender engagement." We sincerely believe in it, especially at the senior level. It is not only to support women, but also to place them in positions of leadership so that they can make sound decisions, particularly in the areas of education development, technology, commercial agriculture, and sustainable development.

"We will continue to push and grow in this way." Many people are unaware that the Alliance Francaise exists in Ilorin. As the minister stated, French is a language of opportunities, and as you can see, all of Nigeria's neighbors speak French. So that is where we can find opportunities.

"We also want to make the best use of agricultural innovation to increase yield in that sector." In agriculture, technology, and youth, we want to be competitive. So your visit is truly game-changing. You may be unaware of the impact of the Lata Grazing Reserve you are attempting to establish. Lata was founded about sixty years ago. There hasn't been much going on there, but with our help today, we'll be able to accomplish a lot. When completed, the reserve will help to reduce tensions between farmers and herders."
