The Nigerian box office made N819 million in January.
According to the Nigerian Cinema Exhibitors Association, the country's cinemas together made N819 million in sales in January.
In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria on Monday, Mr. Ope Ajayi, the National Chairman of CEAN, revealed this.
He declared, "We had a boost in sales in January with N819,154,913.00. The month was gorgeous, with 324,408 total number of admissions to the theaters.
Battle on Buka Street, Ijakumo, Avatar, Black Panther, and Plane rounded out the top five movies for the month of January.
With exciting and action-packed movies in February, it looks to be a better month," he remarked.
Filmgoers should keep an eye out for the following movies in February, according to Ajayi: Titanic Remastered, Antman vs. Wasp Quantumania, Cocaine Bear, Luther, Die Hart, and Love in a Pandemic.
