Asake claims he would love collaborating with Kanye West.

In a recent milestone concert, Asake, who just sold out the 20,000-seat O2 Arena, said in an interview with Billboard that the musician he would most like to work with is 24-time Grammy winner Kanye West.
"I have been saying this, but I'm not sure. Let's hope that God will act. When asked about his ambition to work with Kanye West in the future, Asake replies, "It's Kanye.
Asake also recalled the amusing tale of his trousers ripping midway through a performance in the US when he tried to do the drop kick portion of Nigeria's well-known leg work dance routine.
In addition, Asake discussed how he worked hard to surpass himself with his sophomore album, "Work of Art," which was published on June 15, 2023.
In response to a question concerning the rapid growth of Afrobeats, Asake said that the success of Nigerian artists around the world is a testament of their years of dedication and hard work.
