Pajamas day at phostine premium school was full of fun and amazing for the learners. There was an amazing blend of colorful pajamas.
Children were dressed up in their sleepwear 

The essence of the event is to provide learners with a broad knowledge of Morning routines.

Objectives of the event:
1. To educate the learners on the general knowledge surrounding pajamas, i.e. how it came to existence, why we wear it to bed and not just any outfit.
2. The meaning of breakfast and the type of meals we can eat as breakfast.
3. The perfect sleep time and wake up time.
4. Essential things you do before settling down for breakfast
5. What type of cutlery do you use for each type of breakfast and how to use them. 

Importances of wearing pajamas to bed

Sleepwear is specifically designed to improve your sleep, including its ability to regulate your body temperature. If you overheat during sleep,

 it decreases the production of your “sleep hormones” and doesn't let your body go into adequate “rebuild” mode, both of which are imperative to overall health and well-being.

It is usually eaten in the morning. It replenishes your supply of glucose to boost your energy level and alertness.

3. Sandwich with hot beverage
4. Bean cake and pap.

Essential Things To Do Before Settling Down For Breakfast
