The rumors that veteran Nollywood actress Rita Dominic and her husband had twins have been dispelled, she says.
She once again denounced bloggers for disseminating false information on her verified Twitter account. She scoffed at those who continue to deceive the public, noting that the phony story is replayed every year. In order to avoid falling for fake news, she also urged her supporters and fans to always correct the news that they come across.
This is in response to the rumor that the actress and her husband Fidelis Anosike had born a set of twins, which went viral on social media on Sunday, September 3, 2023. She has, however, clearly exposed the reports as fake news, and the post has now been taken down.
When her followers visited her Instagram page in search of clarification, they found nothing of the like; instead, they were greeted by posts about a memorial. Similar posts from her spouse Fidelis on his Instagram page were equally devoid of any hints of impending parenthood or pregnancy.
The actress has refuted rumors of this kind in the past. She also came forward to correct the record on the news on September 21, 2022, revealing that she had a set of twins via surrogate.
On Boxing Day in 2020, Rita Dominic and her partner made their relationship public after the actress emphasized the reason she was delaying marriage. After then, they became engaged in April 2022, and they later wed in England.
